Delivery Prices

Jane & Co. Crafts is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and we ship out our products Australia Wide.

All orders receive a tracking number when the order is sent so please make sure you check your email for tracking information. All delivery estimates are after the processing of your item has been completed. If you need the processing time to be shortened, please add the rush order fee at checkout. Please note, you can not purchase the rush order fee with regular post.

Within Australia (excluding Victoria) shipping costs starts from $10 for regular post and from $15 for express. Large and/or heavy items like acrylic plaques, bulk acrylic orders etc will be calculated at checkout accordingly.

Within Victoria there is a flat rate of $10 for regular post (this includes large and/or heavy items) and from $15 for express depending on size and weight of order.

Depending where you live express post takes 1-2 business days to deliver your items after your order has been processed.

Depending where you live regular post can take from 1-7 business days. Generally local Melbournians get their delivery within 1-3working days while other Victorians get theirs from 3 -7 working days. Interstaters get theirs from around 5 to 10 working days.

These are all estimates and based on what I have experienced thus far with my deliveries. If you need your order urgently do not rely on these dates as delays can occur as well as carrier stuff ups like losing parcels or transit delays due to weather etc. Please note: Jane & Co. Crafts will  not be held accountable for any lost or damaged items occurred during shipping.

The carrier i use is Australia Post and occasionally i use other courier services for Large and/or heavy items which you will be notified on upon confirmation of your order.
Public holidays and random postal busy periods will effect these times and Jane & Co. Crafts cannot be held accountable as it is out of our control.

International Shipping is not available at the moment.
