Do you take on custom designed orders ?

Yes, we specialise in designing custom signage, stickers and paper stationary. You can sketch it or send in sample images, but the more detail you provide the more accurate i can be.

The size i require isn’t listed, can you make this size?

9/10 times we can depending on how big you need to go. Just send us an email with item details and the size you would like for a quote, turn around time and to confirm the order should you wish to go ahead.


The colour i require isn’t listed, can you make this item in the colour i want?

9/10 times we can depending on stock and the colour you would like. Just send us an email with item details and the colour you would like for a quote, turn around time and to confirm the order should you wish to go ahead.


I saw a custom made item on your instagram / facebook / a friends event but it’s not listed anywhere on your website, how can i order this item?

Depending on the item you would like the chances of recreation is possible or something similar. Just send us an email with item details and a photo if possible for a quote, turn around time and to confirm the order should you wish to go ahead.


What is your time frame?

Turn around times vary depending on the item as most items on the website are made to order. Please check the bottom of the listing for an approximation of when to expect your item. Due to high volume of orders, there can be a delay of up to 2 weeks for clothing and 3 weeks for acrylic signage. Anything that needs to be designed and proofed before hand (custom designed orders) will vary in length of processing depending on how quickly a design can be finalised. Please keep in mind these times are for the processing of the order, delivery times are additional and depending on which service you select the delivery times will vary. If you need the item by a specific date please leave the date in the notes section at checkout stating this or contact me first before purchase to make sure you can receive your items in time.


Delivery/Shipping Details

Jane & Co. Crafts delivers only within Australia.

Within Australia (excluding Victoria) shipping costs starts from $10 for regular post and from $15 for express. Large and/or heavy items like acrylic plaques, bulk acrylic orders etc will be calculated at checkout accordingly.

Within Victoria there is a flat rate of $10 for regular post (this includes large and/or heavy items) and from $15 for express depending on size and weight of order.

Do you accept urgent orders?

Yes we sure do however there is a $15 rush order fee that you can select at checkout along with express postage. Please note, the rush order fee is only available when express post is also purchased.
If you need an urgent order to be placed please email with your order details so we can check if we have the ability to fit you in for an urgent order and to confirm the order as well.


Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we provide pick up in Delahey, VICTORIA only and these orders need to be emailed.


Refunds Policy

All items are custom made to order and as such due to the personalised nature of most of Jane & Co. Crafts products, we do not accept refunds and cancellation on personalised and custom orders once the order is placed and paid. Please make sure your are 100% happy with your order, check all spelling for any errors as Jane & Co. Crafts will not be held liable for these kind of errors. Where there is a manufacture defect, Jane & Co. Crafts will happily replace the product . In the instance the product can’t be replaced,  a full refund will be issued.  Once your order has been shipped, we take no responsibility for lost or damaged items. Please be assured we do package items the best we can with bubble wrap and similar to protect the items. Should your parcel be lost in transit please contact us so we can investigate. Do you provide an artwork proof/draft?

Yes, we supply a digital proof/draft on all custom designs and upon request with personalised items (where the design stays the same but just the name is changed). An artwork proof will not be supplied on standard designs that you purchase where there are little to no change in the picture supplied as per the listing.


What events do you cater to?

At this stage we are only working on baby showers, weddings, engagements, bridal showers and kitchen teas until we are able to expand and get more workers.

I also do not do signage for alcoholic beverages, menu’s that serve pork and print any images of completed faces or licensed material like Disney characters, MARVEL/ DC Comics characters etc.
