Seating charts are a great addition to your event as it helps guests locate their seats easily, eliminating congestion and guests wondering around trying to find their seats causing delays to the event.

This is a CUSTOM item so I will be in touch with you regarding further design requirements. Please make sure you keep an eye on your email after purchase, if you do not see anything within 3 working days please check your Junk, Spam and promotions folders.
The final design that is created with this listing will be custom to your event and your requirements. The price charged is for the physical product and the design fee, printing does not begin unless i get your “ok to print”.
Revisions: You get 6 rounds of revisions which is generally more than enough to make sure your design is how you want it. I’ve also accounted in the revisions amount for any alterations to last minute seating arrangements.
Sizing guide: A1, A0
A1 (594x841mm) is best for less than 200 guests and no more than 12 tables.
if you have 12-16 tables or more than 200 guests it may still work but keep in mind names will be printed smaller to accommodate the extra tables and names. This may end up being very hard to read due to the small text so we would suggest to go up a size to A0.
A0 (841x1189mm) is best for more than 200 guests and no more than 24 tables.
Material: Board is printed on 5mm foamboard.
What is Foiled or turned into Acrylic (via the option if chosen): The headings only, Guests names are not foiled.
Guest arrangement: Guest names can be arranged via Alphabetical order or by Table number. The way the names are displayed are different depending on which arrangement you choose.
by Alphabetical order – names are arranged Lastname, Firstname eg. Smith, Mary Jane
by Table number – names are arranged Firstname Lastname eg. Mary Jane Smith
This is a custom item so please attach your guest list as a WORD .doc or .docx file or EXCEL .xls or .xlsx file with the names arranged as mentioned above.
Please note: No refund or exchange on custom items due to the nature of the item.
TURN AROUND: As everything is handmade, please allow up to 2-3 weeks to process orders, this time frame does not include delivery times. Delivery times are dependent on the carrier and can be anywhere between 1-7 working days depending on location and type of service you purchase at checkout.
